Ken Mance – Director of Rugby Operations
Ken is currently the head rugby coach at the University of Louisville. He played his collegiate rugby at Ferris State University where he was named team Captain and President. After graduation Ken went on to play for the Flint RFC in Flint, MI and after a successful playing career he moved into coaching. Ken started the Grand Blanc, MI High School Rugby Club and within four years his team won the Michigan High School State Championships. Ken was named head coach for the Michigan Collegiate All Star Program and and was promoted to the coaching staff for the Midwest Collegiate Thunderbirds All Star Team. He also had a successful stint coaching the Detroit Women’s Rugby Club to the National Championships. Ken moved to Louisville, KY in 2005 and during his short time he established the Trinity High School Rugby Club and the KY High School All Star Program that has seen a number of players named to the High School and Collegiate All-American Team. Ken is a proud parent of his daugter Briana and his son Ashton.
Neil Arnold – Operations & Financial Manager
Neil is currently the Head Coach of 3-time state finalist Trinity High School Rugby program in Louisville. While attending the University of Kentucky, he played rugby for the men’s team as well as co-establish a successful Women’s program at the University, that he also coached for several years. After college, Neil played with the Lexington Blackstones, and had a brief stint with the Louisville Men’s team. Neil is committed to sharing his passion of rugby through coaching and teaching the game to youth and young adults.
